Baxi Commercial adds new manager

John Smith has joined Baxi Commercial Division in the role of technical services manager for Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton Commercial Boilers.

Smith began his career at British Gas and has over 20 years experience in the industry. He came to Baxi Commercial Division from a leading heating manufacturer, where he was national field service manager responsible for a team of 250 engineers and regional service managers.

In his new role, responsibilities include expansion of the service network, including identifying training needs, developing opportunities for new service contracts and evaluating the need to increase the number of directly employed service engineers as demand grows.
