MKM CEO Kate Tinsley OBE has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of UK homebuilder Berkeley Group with effect from November 1 2026.
The appointment comes as Tinsley completes her nine-year term on The FA Board, where she currently serves as senior independent director and Board lead for Welfare and Safety.
She will join Berkeley’s Board and become a member of its remuneration committee.
Rob Perrins, executive chair of Berkeley Group, said: “I am delighted to welcome Kate to Berkeley. She brings extensive supply chain, private equity and industry experience, coupled with significant governance expertise, and will be a great addition to the Board.”
