Travis Perkins Managed Services, suppliers of repair and maintenance services, has announced a new commercial relationship with the RHP Group.
The two organisations will partner to support residents in RHP Group’s 11,000 homes across Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston and Spelthorne. TP Managed Services will supply RHP Group with materials for repairs, maintenance, and voids services.
Innovation will also sit at the heart of the agreement, with TP Managed Services also introducing its TPgo Data platform, which will give RHP Group management teams increased visibility of spend, product usage, stock availability, price adjustments for faulty goods and spend on CSA.
Head of business development at TP Managed Services, Sarah Narracott, said: “We’re really pleased with our new agreement with RHP Group. By working together we’ll be able to support the people on the ground who are responsible for carrying out the maintenance of their properties, so that residents can benefit from the highest possible standards of housing.”
