Altecnic turns up the heat on customer service with new appointment

Altecnic is kicking off 2020 with a focus on customer service excellence with a new management appointment and a boosted team.

Melanie Stoddart, Altecnic’s new sales and customer service manager, has been brought on board to further improve Altecnic’s best-in-class customer journey.

Melanie joins with a background in customer service and sales gained from experience in electrical, manufacturing and distribution companies around the East Midlands and North West. Melanie

“Customer focus is essential in any business and my aim is to make sure that Altecnic continues to offer a best-in-class customer service to help our customers succeed. I’m looking forward to getting to know them all and understand their objectives to ensure we deliver against their needs.” said Melanie.

Gary Perry, managing director at Altecnic, said: “Melanie’s appointment reflects our continuing commitment to making our customers happy. I am confident that Mel and her team will enhance the relationships we have with our current and future customers.”

Outside of work, Melanie is a committed runner and has taken part in the Paris marathon with plans to enter another marathon soon.

Melanie’s appointment is one of three new appointments at Altecnic. Andy Barton has joined the company as Southern Area Trade Sales Manager. Andy brings with him nearly 30 years sales experience in the plumbing and heating industry with both manufacturers and plumbers merchants.

Lee Cousins has also started at the company as South East Specification Manager.
