Wren Kitchens and Bedrooms has taken delivery of the first 20 of 70 new Isuzu N75.190(E) trucks.
The specialist demountable box bodies, designed by Wheelbase Engineering, have been purpose-built for multi-drop home deliveries, maximising the payload capacity of the 7.5-tonne N-Series.
Each features ancillary lockers for the storage and transportation of home protection kits and safety equipment, as well as a designated water-tight compartment for a fire extinguisher.
All 70 of the new trucks will be supplied on a five-year full repair and maintenance contract, with all work carried out by Isuzu Truck UK’s comprehensive dealer network. Wren will also benefit from the manufacturer’s standard three-year unlimited-mileage warranty on each of the chassis cabs.
They join a 410-strong commercial fleet, with 125 of the company’s 7.5-tonners supplied by Isuzu Truck UK.
