Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Travis Perkins Managed Services, which operates social housing, has secured a four-year deal with Watford Community Housing, who owns and manages more than 7,500 homes and associated assets across South-West Hertfordshire and North-West London.
This partnership aims to support Watford Community Housing’s customers and to help improve homes and communities. As part of the deal, Travis Perkins will supply heating materials, waste solutions and van stocks to Watford Community Housing’s operatives.
The partnership will be serviced through a brand new branch in the Hertfordshire area, the three-acre Travis Perkins Rickmansworth branch, and the Travis Perkins Watford branch.
Daniel Marsden, account manager for Travis Perkins Managed Services, said: “We’re really proud of our new agreement with Watford Community Housing. By working together, we’ll be able to support the people on the ground who are responsible for carrying out the development and maintenance of those properties, so that residents can benefit from the highest possible standards of housing.”
