Toolstation club hits 800,000 members

Builders merchant Toolstation’s loyalty programme, Toolstation Club, has hit 800,000 members.

The Club, which launched in January 2024, is free-to-join and rewards Toolstation’s trade and DIY customers who regularly buy from the retailer’s range.

In October last year Toolstation introduced an additional tier to the membership, the Toolstation Trade Club, which Customers can qualify for by spending £150 or more during a calendar month, gaining access to additional offers and rewards.

Toolstation customer director, Chris Other, said: “We created the Toolstation Club to be the ultimate partner to tradespeople and signing up over 800,000 members is testament to how much it’s benefitting them. We’re proud to be the first stop for so many professionals and will continue with our ambition of offering them great value, accessibility and convenience.”
