The change is designed to streamline operations, improve responsiveness and strengthen Talon’s service offer to its merchant partners across Northern Ireland.

Merchants can now place orders directly with Talon through regional manager Gail Burns, who will be a single, consistent point of contact for all enquiries, orders and account support, ensuring a more transparent and efficient supply process.

“We’re committed to providing Northern Ireland’s merchants with the high levels of service, reliability and support they deserve. This new direct model gives us the opportunity to work even more closely with customers across the region, offering faster response times and a more personal service. I’m looking forward to supporting our merchant partners as we enter this new phase,” Burns says.

Talon’s move to directly supply merchants in Northern Ireland marks a significant step in strengthening its partnership with local merchants even further as the company approaches its 40th Anniversary in 2026.
