Selco Builders Warehouse’s rapid expansion continues as it opens the doors to its seventh branch of 2018 – and 65th in total in the UK.

The builders merchant has officially cut the ribbon to its Bristol Filton branch off Gipsy Patch Lane, marking its second offering in the city.

Bristol Filton features the full Selco offering and follows on from recent openings in St Albans, Leeds and Leicester.

The popular Selco Hire and kitchen design services are available, along with a wealth of online services including Click and Collect where tradespeople can buy products online and collect them in-branch in 30 minutes.

It also offers a next day courier service with more than 6,500 products available, as well as the opportunity for tradespeople to create their project lists through an app for them to be prepared in branch.

Howard Luft, Selco’s chief executive, said: “We are delighted to have further strengthened our offering in the southwest of England with our second branch in Bristol.

“We want to bring Selco to as many tradespeople as possible around the UK.

“Putting our customers first is vital and as a genuine, multi-channel builders merchant we want to give them the chance to get their building materials in the most convenient way possible to them.”

This seventh branch opening of 2018 will be followed by a new branch in Chelmsford in July.

The launch of the Bristol Filton branch has also seen Selco continue its support to the community by giving away £3,000 to charities in the area.
