Plumbase has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award, an independent seal of excellence that reflects hundreds of positive reviews for Plumbase, as rated by real plumbers, heating engineers, and homeowners.
Since 2018, Plumbase has invested in gaining authentic feedback, through Feefo, in a bid to get real insight from paying customers about the service they receive. All responses help Plumbase to shape genuine reviews of its products and service, as well as continually improve its overall sales experience, which is extremely important in the competitive plumbing and heating market.
Plumbase was awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for maintaining an excellent service rating of between 4.5 and 5 between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019. The rules stipulate that a minimum of 50 reviews must be received during the year to be considered for the award; Plumbase received 711 reviews in 2019.
