Landscaping and building materials supplier Growtivation has acquired the landscape and geotextile fabric division of TDP.
The deal will see Growtivation take on products including landscape fabrics Plantex and TDP50, geotextile TDP115 and fibres for concrete, screed, plaster and render.
For Growtivation the acquisition will allow it to further expand its offering to both existing and new customers.
Growtivation and TDP are working closely together to ensure that TDP’s customers will not be affected by the transition of the products between the two companies.
Growtivation director Vernon Elsey said: “This was too good an opportunity to miss. We are gaining some fantastic products which will integrate well into the Growtivation family. There are a lot of similarities between our two companies in terms of culture, values and a focus on quality and customer service. We believe this acquisition firmly cements us as the leading specialist in the landscaping and building fabrics sector.”
