Six months after the shock announcement that merchant group Huws Gray had bought the traditional merchanting businesses of Grafton Group in Great Britain, the latter has announced that the divestment went through fully on December 31 2021.
The acquisition of the Grafton businesses doubled the number of Huws Gray branches in one go.
