Genuit Group plc has announced the acquisition of Davidson Holdings, a portfolio of leading UK-based plumbing and water efficiency brands.
The transaction brings Cistermiser, Keraflo, Salamander Pumps and Talon into Genuit’s Sustainable Building Solutions (SBS) business unit.
