Building chemicals, sealants and adhesives manufacturer Everbuild Building Products took real Yorkshire cheese to Germany this month.
The company offered Real Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese from The Wensleydale Creamery in Hawes to visitors at the recent International Hardware Fair in Cologne.
More than 2,500 companies from 52 countries exhibited their products and services, including Everbuild, which unveiled some new additions to its 200-strong product range.
Helen Kirby, marketing manager of Everbuild Building Products, said: “We wanted to inject a taste of Yorkshire into our presence in Cologne and you can’t get much better than Real Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese.
“We enjoyed an incredibly successful show and our new and existing products were very well received by visitors. The cheese also went down a storm and became a real talking point on our stand.”
