Drain Center in new-look programme

All branches of Drain Center, Wolseley UK’s specialist drainage merchant brand, are being refurbished in a significant investment programme.

The Drain Center refurbishment programme follows a successful trial at the Bristol Fishponds branch and includes brand new trade counters, where staff are closer to the customers, as well as new stock ranges including tools, accessories, work wear and clothing.

Traditional point of sale will be replaced with 40 inch TV screens with news and weather, supplier adverts and new product news, reducing both the long term financial and environmental costs.

The refurbishment programme is part of a rebranding process which will see the new ‘We’ve got the solution’ branding rolled out across the 80 Drain Center branches in the UK.

The new ‘We’ve got the solution’ branding demonstrates to our customers that we are evolving to meet their changing needs and reflects the comprehensive knowledge and stock that our branches can provide.

“‘We’ve got the solution’ reflects the four main deliverables our customers expect from us – the right price, stocking a good essentials range, delivery within agreed timescales and offering exceptional customer service at all times.”
