D.A.D offers free social media training day to independents

D.A.D is offering a free social media training day, geared towards supporting their independent customers grow their businesses online.

The training day, which is on Tuesday 3 March at their head offices in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, will teach customers how to promote and maximise their presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In and Pinterest.

Adrian Gillman, Chairman of D.A.D said, “The power of Social Media for promoting your business really cannot be ignored anymore. It acts as a platform to connect directly with your customers, regardless of whether you have a website or a store, and what’s more, it can be a free and very cheap way to advertise and reach them.

The independents have long supported D.A.D and this is our opportunity to give something back by supporting and championing them too.”

The course will be held by a local Social Media expert, Kat Shayler of SharpFox Social and will be tailored to the requests of attendees. Product training will also be available during the day, as well as an opportunity to network.
