Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
The Horsham branch of Covers Timber & Builders Merchants is continuing to sponsor Broadbridge Heath FC for the 2020/2021 season.
The season long support package provided by Covers will include the company’s logo featuring on perimeter boards at the club’s grounds on Wickhurst Lane. The club, which was founded in 1919 is run by volunteers with all profits put back into the facilities. This season the club will be running 14 junior teams and four senior teams, providing community football for everyone from 6 to 60+ years old.
Rachel Green, Commercial Director of Broadbridge Heath FC, said: “Financial support provided via sponsorship from companies like Covers to community clubs such as ours helps us to maintain the facilities and grow the club. Our aim is to not only keep what we have, but to allow all ages to experience all types of football.”
John Hamilton, Depot Manager of Covers Horsham, added: “We are delighted to be continuing our support of Broadbridge Heath FC for the coming season. Community clubs like these rely on sponsorship from local companies to continue offering sport to all ages and we are pleased to be part of this. After a difficult few months we are really looking forward to continuing to see the club flourish and the members enjoying using the facilities.”
