Azpects created an in-house marketing function in 2020, hiring two industry professionals to develop and deliver the company’s marketing and communications strategy and is already expanding the department with the addition of an apprentice.

Ryman joins the company fresh from college. She said: “I am really excited to join the Azpects team, eager to learn new skills and kick-start my career.”

Managing director Paul Taylor added: “Our company has grown very quickly over the past two years and it became clear that we needed an in-house team to support our communications and marketing development. This has proved a smart decision, and we have been really pleased with the effect this has had on our business. The department is growing so quickly that the team decided to take on an apprentice to provide additional support and nurture new talent.”
