Marley’s new clay pantile

A new easy-to-fix clay pantile, Lincoln from Marley Eternit features a classic clay pantile s-curve profile with thin leading edge. It also benefits from low pitch capability – down to a minimum roof pitch of just 17.5 degrees at 120mm headlap – and a completely ‘open gauge’ design to speed-up installation and make fixing as simple as a concrete roof tile.

It has also been extensively tested for wind driven rain and can meet the requirements of BS 5534 and NHBC Technical Standards, as it comes with a wide range of traditional clay fittings and accessories. It’s compatible with Marley Eternit’s Universal systems and Mortar Hip and Ridge fixing kits. Lincoln can also be used with Marley Eternit’s one-piece tile clip, SoloFix, which can save up to 30% roof clipping time compared to traditional fixing.

Available in Natural Red and Rustic Red, the Lincoln is suitable for new housebuilding, commercial projects, refurbishments and extension work. Featuring a single lap, it is an economical clay roof covering with approximately 15 tiles per sq m.
