Kent Blaxill ‘taches raise £2,700

East Anglian independent builders merchant Kent Blaxill in Colchester has raised a total of £2,700 during November.

A total of 22 members of staff took part in Movember, the month-long challenge to raise awareness about men’s health issues, and in particular, about prostate and testicular cancer and mental health challenges.

The team organiser Monica Hartley said: “In a male-dominated workplace such as ours, it is particularly important to raise awareness about men’s health issues and this is a fun way to improve the understanding of the health risks men face.”
