Assa Abloy have announced the acquisition of SimonsVoss Technologies.
SimonsVoss Technologies, which will operate as a separate company under the Assa Abloy Aegis, manufactures wireless digital locking and access control systems. It currently employs a staff of 225 people and is based in Germany.
