
The Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants welcomed six new Liverymen at a special Installation ceremony during its annual Election Court General at Armourers’ Hall on April 22.
The new Liverymen included Simon Fleet, Benjamin Giddings, Louise Williams, Josephine Crowe, Kevin Moran and James Pilbin, each recognised for their contribution to the building materials sector and their commitment to the Company’s values.
Commenting on the special occasion, master Lucia Di Stazio said: “It’s a pleasure to see our Livery Company continue to grow and strengthen with active members from across the building materials sector. I congratulate them all and look forward to their involvement in supporting the work and charitable efforts of the Company.”
The Election Court General also marked the formal election of the company’s master and officers for the ensuing year, with Kevin Fenlon elected as master from October 2026, supported by wardens Steve Durdant-Hollamby and Julian Milligan. Ravinder Singh Sumal was elected keeper of the roll.
