Toolstation launches new First Stop campaign

Building product supplier Toolstation has launched “First Stop Toolstation”, a new campaign in collaboration with brand agency TBWA\MCR.

Building on last year’s ‘Next Stop Toolstation’ campaign, the collaboration is designed to shift the perception of the brand from being a reactive choice, to the first place tradespeople go before their job begins. With stores open for early risers from 7am Monday to Saturday and 9am on Sundays, and Fast Track delivery to site in as little as 30 minutes.

Running across YouTube, radio and social media, the campaign features Toolstation colleagues and the familiar trade counter setting, and highlights the brand’s speed and trusted service.

Customer director at Toolstation, Chris Other, said: “We know that for the trades, their workday doesn’t begin when they arrive on site – it starts when they begin planning their next project or job. This campaign highlights the unrivalled service and knowledge of our colleagues, combined with a quick and convenient shopping experience that will make the tradespeople of Britain consider Toolstation their first stop in the morning and with stores open from 7am Monday to Saturday and 9am on Sundays, it keep us front of mind when their day begins.”
