Wall, roof and paving supplier Wienerberger has signed an agreement with Keymer Tiles Limited to secure the future availability of Keymer tiles and products.
From 1st November 2014, all existing ranges of Keymer tiles and products will be supplied via Wienerberger from the current Keymer site and Wienerberger will be providing logistical assistance to KTL to manage any orders that have not been delivered to customers prior to this date.
In future, Keymer products will be made at Wienerberger sites, ensuring the availability of Keymer’s genuine handmade tiles using the orange clays of the South Weald.
Wienerberger managing director Harald Schwarzmayr said: “This is a very exciting time for both Wienerberger and Keymer and gives those in the industry the understanding that they can continue to specify Keymer Tiles with confidence. We believe that the addition of the Keymer brand to the Wienerberger portfolio will help to expand the Wienerberger Group’s product offering, whilst preserving the unwavering dedication to quality inherent in the Keymer brand. We will continue to supply Keymer tiles and products manufactured using the same traditional processes and to the same quality and standards which are synonymous with the celebrated Keymer brand.”
