Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
MDF Moulding manufacturer W Howard Limited has invested more than £1m in a new collection and distribution depot in Thurrock, Essex.
The 15,000sq ft site will hold a similar stock profile to the company’s existing Manchester depot. The site will be open from 8am to 5pm for collections. Deliveries are on a two-day basis, while customers – timber and builders merchants only – will be able to order one day and collect the next.
The depot opens on Monday August 3 with an open day and official opening by the Mayor of Thurrock on August 21.
