Builders merchant invoice clearing house United Merchants plc will be exhibiting at the Home Improvement Show at Earls Court next month.

Unimer takes space at Home Improvement Show

The appearance at the show, being held from October 1 to 3 2010, is part of the company’s aim to find further sales and marketing opportunities opportunities for its 1,000 members.

Marketing manager Suzanne Millward, says: “We always look at added-value services to further support our members and believe the National Home Improvement Show is a route to market for our almost 1,000 members. Given the recent tough housing market, the self-build and renovating market is growing at a steady rate, with home owners actively engaging in home improvement projects, so this should present an ideal opportunity to promote our membership to the exhibition visitors”.

Unimer is providing a Unimer Pavilion (with full hospitality) where merchants are invited to exhibit and take their customers and prospects for refreshments and more in-depth discussions on their project requirements.

“We will be promoting all our independent merchants to the visitors at the show, and provide them with full details of members who can supply materials in their particular area,” Millward says.

“We are very keen to progress our involvement in the renovating and self-build market, so in addition to the National Home Improvement Show we will offer more opportunities for merchants to target prospective buyers at further shows in 2011”.

The Unimer Pavilion is at stand no: 603A.
