Travis Perkins Group hits 1,200 branch milestone

Travis Perkins have opened their 1,200th branch across the group this week with the launch of their new Tile Giant store in Weston-super-Mare.
Travis Perkins bought Tile Giant last year to add a seventh specialist brand to their business. The tile specialist now trades from 69 locations.

The new branch, on the town’s Gallagher Retail Park, offers a range of products and tools across the tiling spectrum.

Linda Doughty, trade marketing director, Travis Perkins Group says: “In 1988, we could not have predicted that within 20 years we would be opening branch number twelve hundred. This is an important milestone for Travis Perkins Group, whose continued growth is a result of focusing on our customers and delivering what they need.”
