A major fire at the Surbiton branch of builder’s merchant Travis Perkinstook 17 hours to properly extinguish.
The fire was reported at just after midnight and around 50 fire-fighters 10 fire engines and two aerial appliances were called to the blaze scene.
The fire badly damaged the two storey building, which was mostly used to store timber.
