Horizon Coatings Inc. and Snows Timber have announced the exclusive distribution agreement for Provincial Plank in the United Kingdom. The deal sees this premium Canadian interior cladding hit the UK market for the first time.
Provincial Plank (provincialplank.co.uk) is an easy to install interior wall cladding product that cherishes the natural, rustic characteristics of wood. The primary use is to accent feature walls in both residential and commercial settings. Made in Canada from Canadian hardwoods including maple and ash, this FSC Mix certified product features the naturally occurring characteristics of knots, grain swirls and colour variations.
There is a growing trend for more natural looking interiors and consumers are increasingly looking to sustainable and natural woods.
The result is a sharp upswing in wood accent walls, often in leisure locations such as bars and restaurants. In the home, DIYers are also looking to use wood cladding.
Provincial Plank is perfect for commercial and domestic uses because it is so easy to install.
Samples of cladding are available upon request and the companies are seeking a case study or project to show the great look of the wood in situ and the ease with which it can be installed.
