New taps bar proves a valuable feature in Graham showrooms

Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has recently launched a useful taps bar in all its bathroom showrooms across the country. Making it far easier for customers to find the right design and aesthetic first time, a variety of taps can be removed from the display and placed on a basin or bathtub for visualisation.

Previously, installers would only be able to present options to their customers via a brochure, but now the taps bar, a shelved section of the showroom, offers a range of options to view in person, including Alterna, Bristan, Hansgrohe, Roca, RD, Heritage, and Ideal Bathrooms.

Customers can see a variety of styles showcased from the classic aesthetic with taps made from brassware, to modern ‘hotel chic’ options that are characterised by monochrome colour palettes and metallic finishes. Taps Bar GrahamPlumbersMerchant 1

Graham wanted to find a new way to display its range of taps and improve the customer experience. “The idea is that the customer can feel the quality, the weight, and see how it will look on the selected basin,” commented Derek Charge, showroom brand manager at Graham Plumbers’ Merchant.

“Though the tap bar has only been in situ for a short time, sales have undoubtedly increased. We are seeing more and more customers using the display for their bathroom selection- and we feel it’s a unique point of difference compared to other showrooms.”

The Graham showrooms are a valuable resource for installers working on bathroom installations. The showrooms provide a place to recommend to customers where they can view all the latest trends and styles, as well as gain expert advice when it comes to product selection and design from a team of Graham experts – leaving installers free to continue with work on site.
