Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
MX-Group, the UK shower tray and shower accessory manufacturer has announced the acquisition of the UK Division of Irish company FlairInternational.
This adds shower screens and enclosures, including the telescopic Capella range, to its shower sector product portfolio.
“We’re proud of our place in the sector and the quality of the products we produce. The acquisition of the UK division of Flair International Limited further strengthens our strong presence in this marketplace,” says MX-Group chairman Bernard Robinson.
“We’re looking for significant organic growth in our business and further improved sales in this and our previous acquisition, Aquatora Limited.”.
