More networking, less carbon with Interbuild coach scheme

Interbuild is encouraging more merchants to get involved in its coaches scheme in support of the show’s eco-drive.
For the third year, the organisers are subsidising 50% of the cost of a coach, up to a maximum of 250 people. They say the scheme proves particularly attractive for merchant outlets as it provides a great networking opportunity with customers and the chance to reach a captive audience to and from the event.

“Take part in the coaches scheme and you’ll be helping to make Interbuild 2007 as carbon neutral as possible,” says event director Gordon Thomas. “Replacing all those individual car journeys with one coach significantly reduces carbon emissions from travel.”

Participating merchants need to apply via the website, www.interbuild.com. Interbuild will then send out a pack of invitations for key customers and point-of-sale material for display on the trade counter.
