Lords Group Trading Plc has appointed Steve Durdant-Hollamby as merchanting chief operating officer, with from November 4 2024.
Most recently divisional managing director at Genuit Plc (Polypipe), Durdant-Hollamby has 26 years of industry experience, having held leadership positions in major building material companies spanning across merchanting and manufacturing.
In his new role, he will lead Lords Builders Merchants, Advance Roofing, Condell, George Lines, and Hevey brands, while partnering with Shanker Patel, CEO of LGT. This appointment is a key part of the Group’s strategy to expand its merchanting division and grow the business over the next few years.
