Graham, the plumbers’ merchant sister to builders merchant Jewson, has a new spare parts service.
Parts 4 Plumbers means that every Graham branch will be a one-stop shop for plumbers and heating engineers across the country, with access to over 75,000 plumbing and heating spare parts.
The service will use the experience of sister brand Curzon – the spare parts specialist – to offer customers parts specifically tailored to the requirements of local environment. To work out the best local tailored stocking profile Graham invested spent months reasearching customer and boiler manufacturers. Each branch will also have a heating parts ‘Guru’.
Launching the new service, marketing manager Debbie-Sue Price said: “In any given week our customers could be installing a boiler, replacing a tap, servicing a boiler or heating appliance. We wanted to make life easier for them and develop a service that means one trip to the Graham branch can provide everything they need.”
Parts 4 Plumbers will roll out across the Graham network from July.
