Curzon, the heating merchants, opened a new outlet today in the Exeter branch of plumbers merchant Graham. Both are sister companies of builders merchant Jewson.

The launch takes the total UK Curzon network to 35 branches – 15 in the last 12 months. The company plan to have opened 65 branches by the end of the year.

Opening the branch-within-a-branch in a well-established Graham branch means customers throughout the region will have a comprehensive one stop shop for all their plumbing and heating needs.

There is a specialist management team with extensive experience in the heating trade.

The branch holds 7,000 product lines with access to a further 68,000 lines through overnight delivery. Brands include Ideal, Worcester, Vaillant, Glowworm, Baxi, Potterton, TPI, Vokera, Drayton, Saunier Duval.

Aidan Ogle, operations director at Curzon, says: “With the winter season approaching, this is a great time to introduce Curzon to the local area. We have expanded rapidly throughout the UK and this latest opening further demonstrates the need for greater accessibility to heating spares. Having both Graham and Curzon under one roof is ideal for customers as they can now purchase everything they need for heating and plumbing with the opportunity to seek expert advice on specialist products from knowledgeable and trained staff.”

Branches opened this year include Bolton, Ipswich, Derby, Dundee, Poole, Gloucester and Reading.
