Brett Landscaping launches ‘Express Training’ programme

Keen to work closely with merchant partners, Brett Landscaping has put together an ‘Express Training’ programme for staff and has set up visits to its production facility at Cliffe, in Rochester, Kent.

A group of senior staff from Lords, including sales managers and managing directors, visited the Cliffe site to learn more about Brett’s Agg Tech process which is used to manufacture their Invicta paving. They also learned more about the manufacturing processes for the Lugano block paving.

This was followed up by an Express Training delivery at Lords Builders Merchants’ Hayes branch for 12 staff from several different Lords branches. The training covered the technical aspects of the manufacturing process as well as recommendations for which products suit various projects.

Anthony Jillians, regional sales director for Lords, said: “We really appreciated the interactive nature of the training, and I was pleased to see the engagement from our team members.”
