Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Irish plumbing and heating merchant chain Grafton is to buy 10 plumbers merchant branches from rival Travis Perkins.
The purchase, which will be subject to final approval by the Office of Fair Trading, will be of nine PTS outlets and one City Plumbing Supplies branch, Travis Perkins promised to sell-off 20 plumbing branches in order for the OFT to approve its take-over of rival merchant group BSS late last year.
