Global Stone move for growth

Natural stone landscaping supplier Global Stone has moved to a purpose built £1m sales and distribution facility at Little Tey, Colchester.

Global Stone move for growth

The four acre site will allow the five-year-old business to expand further.

The immediate benefits will come from operational efficiencies and providing customers with a single collection point. In addition, there are conference facilities and sales office accommodation that will enable Global Stone to expand its sales department. A new external product display area is due to be built shortly, which will help stockists in product selection.

Global Stone’s general manager, Shirley Spittal says: “We are delighted to have relocated to this modern sales and distribution facility and we look forward to inviting our customers to the site within the coming months. We are confident that our customers will benefit from the enhanced levels of service together with the opportunity for them to view our latest range of products”.
