The Construction Products Association has written to the Chancellor in advance of the Budget Statement on April 22, urging continued government investment in construction projects.
In the letter, the Association stresses the importance of the government delivering on its programme of investment in construction projects, avoiding tax increases on business, reverting to the pre 2008 position on empty property tax, and introducing a lower rate of VAT on home repair and maintenance work.
