Werner, the manufacturer of ladder and access solutions, is increasing its UK manufacturing capabilities by producing more of its most popular lines at its Maldon facility in Essex.
Among the products being manufactured at Maldon are the Werner TradePro D-Rung Triple Extension Ladders, Werner X4 ExtensionPLUS Combination Ladders, and Werner Roof Ladders
Jan Zmrzlik, general manager, operations, at Werner said: “This is a hugely exciting moment for our UK operations and signals the strength of our confidence in the country’s market strength. All of the product lines that are now being manufactured at Maldon are designed in the UK too, meaning we can offer a completely ‘British made’ solution to a variety of trades. This is very much the first phase of a planned scaling-up of our UK operations, so we look forward to being able to communicate more on this in due course.”
