Vitrex launches 18V Cordless Power Mixer

QEP brand Vitrex has launched the Vitrex Pro-Series 18V Cordless Power Mixer, bringing greater control and runtime on-site mixing.

Made with a die-cast metal gear case and a brushless motor, the Vitrex 18V Cordless Power Mixer can withstand daily use mixing a range of paint, tiling grout, plaster, adhesives and screeds.

With a low weight of just 3.4kg and an ergonomic dual handle design, the mixer features a two-speed gearbox and variable six speed dial to allow for fine control of paddles, adjusting to any compound being mixed. The mixer has a soft start feature that gradually increases the speed to the chosen setting to reduce splattering. The mixer’s trigger lock mechanism will also stop unwanted operation.

The mixer runs on the QEP CONNECT battery system, and is compatible with QEP 18V 4.0Ah Lithium-ion batteries. With a dual set-up, these high-performance packs deliver an impressive 40-minute run time off a single charge and can be charged with the QEP Cordless Fast Charger. Vitrex is bundling batteries, charger and paddle in with every mixer sold, so you can start to enjoy the efficiency and ease of this robust mixer straight away.
Vitrex 18V Cordless Power Mixer can be equipped with any M14 threaded paddles up to a diameter of 120mm and spins up to a maximum 720 RPM, enough to give any compound a thorough mix.
