Ten-25 Software welcomes new team members

Ten-25 Software has welcomed two new team members as part of a rapid ongoing expansion programme.

The first of the new hires, Rachel Cable, joined the team in April as executive assistant to managing director Ian Oldrey. With over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector, Cable brings with her a sincere dedication to excellent service and a strong commitment to making a positive difference. She thrives on creating order and she will be instrumental in scaling up the administrative processing in the business.

The most recent team member is Senior IT Trainer Darryl Rabôt. Darryl has spent over 20 years in training, consultancy and mechanical engineering and will be working with customers to facilitate smooth onboarding, system implementation and training.  He said, “I’m excited to be playing a part in delivering the key technology and processes that provide the resources for modern business, infrastructure and development. I’m looking forward to getting to know the customers and adding value daily as part of Ten-25’s ongoing commitment to service excellence.”

Managing director Ian Oldrey said: “This is a really exciting time for Ten-25 and I am thrilled to have Rachel and Darryl on board. We are very proud of what we have created with Merchanter, which we believe to be a ground-breaking piece of software with huge benefits for merchants. We are scaling up the business quickly to meet demand and ensure that we continue to deliver the responsive and reliable customer service for which we are renowned.”

Ten-25 is also recruiting for a Junior Software Developer, QA tester and a Junior Helpdesk Analyst.
