Building materials supplier Southern Sheeting has bolstered its Midlands division with the appointment of Luke Brittle as regional commercial manager and Sean Griffin as regional account manager for the Midlands.
Brittle started as a BMF apprentice at an independent builder’s merchant at the age of 18 and went on to build his career at Travis Perkins, progressing from sales assistant through to regional director. He later served as a director at an independent merchant before setting up his own consultancy focused on developing people and businesses within the sector.
Griffin built a strong foundation in business development with a family-run reinforcement steel distributor and fabricator, and went on to serve as area sales manager at Holcim’s Concrete Products Division.
Southern Sheeting managing director, Tony Hobbs, comments: “We have been very deliberate about who we bring into the Midlands, and Luke and Sean represent exactly the kind of experience, local knowledge and genuine commitment to relationships that we stand for as a business.
