National builders’ merchant Selco will open its 60th branch in February 2018.
The new Selco Builders Warehouse will be on Osbaldwick Link Road, in York and will further strengthen the merchant’s prsence in the area, complementing the existing branches in Bradford and Leeds.
Selco will have doubled the size of its trade-only business over a five year period.
Declan Ronayne, Chief Executive, said: “York is our first opening in 2018 and will take our number of branches in the UK to 60. Selco has undergone huge and rapid growth over the last five years and the plan is for that to continue. The Leeds and Bradford branches have given us a base in Yorkshire over the last few years and we are delighted to be strengthening our presence in the area.”
