With a heritage of over 50 years the Manufacturer MX Awards benchmark and celebrate manufacturing excellence across 11 categories, with one company being crowned overall Manufacturer of the Year 2022. Polypipe Building Services has been shortlisted in the Product Innovation & Design category for the development of its Terrain PVC three-layer pipe which uses up to 65% recycled materials, and its made-to-measure drainage supply service Polypipe Advantage.
Andy Cullum, UK managing director at Polypipe Building Services, said: “We’re delighted to have been selected as a finalist in the Product Design & Innovation category of these highly respected awards.
“Contractors and specifiers already know and trust our Terrain range which has been around for nearly 60 years, but to have the work we do as a business towards continuous improvement benchmarked by our peers is incredibly valuable.
“We look forward to welcoming the judges for their site visit in September and we wish all our fellow nominees every success in their in their categories.”
The winners of The Manufacturer MX Awards will be announced as part of Digital Manufacturing Week 2022 which is being held in Liverpool on November 17, where Polypipe Building Services will attend as one of 900 industry leading manufacturers.
