London decorators’ merchant Leyland is taking part in Chelsea in Bloom 2025, alongside the Chelsea Flower Show with a stunning window display at its King’s Road store .
Running from May 19-25 Chelsea in Bloom is celebrating its 20th anniversary of transforming the streets with breathtaking displays of fresh flowers within the area’s best retailers, restaurants, and hotels.
This year’s theme is Flowers in Fashion and Leyland has teamed up with luxury florist Moyses Stevens to plan an eye-catching display featuring flower arches and a mannequin styled as a decorator in full PPE and workwear.
There will be a bench amongst the display for photographs and selfies – and Leyland is running a competition to win a DeWalt Combi Drill by posting the picture on Instagram.
Naivasha Elworthy, head of marketing at Leyland, said: “We’re really excited to be taking part in Chelsea in Bloom for the first time. This floral art show has grown year-on-year and completely transforms the neighbourhood. We have worked very hard on our display so that it not only looks amazing but also gives a nod to our core customer base of tradespeople, painters and decorators. We have been a part of the Chelsea community with our King’s Road store for more than 30 years and it’s great to be supporting this initiative.”
The Confetti Club London, a sustainable organisation that donates profits to cancer charities, will be collecting leftover flowers from Leyland’s display to repurpose them as confetti for weddings and events.
