Newcastle-based independent builders merchants J T Dove have opened a purpose-built landscaping centre at their Newburn branch.
The landscaping centre covers 756sq ft and represents an investment of £25,000. It’s the largest freestanding landscaping display in Newcastle and is part of the company’s plan to develop landscaping across the branch network.
Each outlet focuses on a different main landscaping supplier with Stonemarket being the dominant force in Newburn.
Newburn branch manager Malcolm Halton said: “Our landscaping division is so diverse that it will appeal to every customer; from landscapers working on large scale landscaping projects to homeowners looking to make a few changes in their gardens.
“The landscaping division at Newburn is just one of the many exciting developments occurring across the company at present. In recent months, many custom built outlets have been opened across the region as part Dove’s ambitious business plans to increase the presence of the company across the North East. Within these, we are now launching specialist divisions, all of which aim to offer the best specialist products and expert service in the region.”
