Successful students in the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers’ examinations will receive their awards at the annual lunch, sponsored for the first time by Ironmongery Direct.
This year’s GAI Awards Lunch will be held on Thursday 3 November at the Royal Garden Hotel, in Kensington.
Guest speaker will be Steve Rider, the TV sports presenter who will present awards and certificates to this year’s achievers including the GAI’s Pinnacle Award, sponsored by ASSA ABLOY, for the leading student over all three years of the education programme.
IronmongeryDirect has put many students through the GAI education programme from across the business. This commitment has now been crystallised in the sponsorship, for two years, of the GAI Education Awards.
The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers represents the majority of architectural ironmongers in the UK as well as the leading manufacturers of architectural ironmongery. The Guild also administers the benchmark qualifications for professional architectural ironmongers and is dedicated to raising standards and encouraging best practice in all aspects of the sector.
