Duravit Achieves EcoVadis Gold status

Bathroom designer Duravit’s Hornberg site has achieved EcoVadis gold status, placing Duravit among the top 5% of companies assessed worldwide.

The EcoVadis award is a globally recognized standard for sustainability and rates companies in the areas of environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The gold status confirms that Duravit not only defines ambitious targets, but is also consistent in implementing them.

Duravit’s CEO Stephan Tahy comments: “The leap from silver to gold in the EcoVadis assessment shows clearly that sustainability is an integral component of our actions and shapes our decisions. The award confirms that we’re not simply treading water and defining targets, but we’re forging ahead to implement them.”
