Cemex opens fishing venue

CEMEX Angling, part of the cement manufacturer CEMEX UK has opened a new site, Copse Lake, in the Yateley complex, Hampshire.

The Yateley complex of seven lakes has been created from exhausted sand and gravel quarries.

Copse Lake covers four acres and is situated between the Match and Sandhurst Lakes. It offers a range of species including common carp, mirror carp, tench and bream.

In early 2010, twenty stunning Orchid Carp were introduced into the lake with two of them known to be weighing around 30lbs.
